Ordering and Delivery

How can I see the stock for the products?

All products of our current collection are displayed on the website. If an item is out of stock this will be stated on the product’s page.

In case of an unlikely discrepancy between the website and the actual stock in the warehouse due to a miscount you will be notified via email and receive a refund for the missing item(s).

How can I place an order?

No changes to your order or address are possible once your order has been processed. Before placing your order, please check (and perhaps double check):

– The size(s). Please check our size charts

– The quantity of each item in your order.

– Your shipping address (we do not take the responsibility if the shipping address was incorrect)

How can I cancel my order?

No cancellations are possible after placing an order once your order has been processed. If there has been a mistake, let us know as soon as possible through our contact page.

No guarantees of changing your order can be made.

How can I track my order?

After purchasing your order, you will receive a track and trace code in your email.

Via this track and trace, you can follow your purchase online.

Orders placed before 11AM (CET) may begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 11AM (CET), on weekends, and/or on holidays, will begin processing upon the following business day.

  • Shipping Netherlands: 2-3 working days*
  • Shipping Europe: 2 – 5 working days*
  • Shipping outside Europe: 10 – 21 working days*

Returns

Can I return an item?

Please make sure to use our sizing charts to ensure a proper fit prior to ordering. If for any reason you would like to return or exchange your product(s), we will gladly accept your return.

Please note the following criteria:

  • Most purchases may be returned within 14 days after receiving your item(s).
  • The items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, odor/fur-free and in the original package and returned within 14 days at our office in Amsterdam. 
  • Shipping costs for returning are for the customer. Please note that Woofs & Co is not liable for lost packaged during return. We recommend tracked shipping.
  • Final sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalised products, discounted/sale items, or gift cards.

If you would like to return an item please request a return via our contact form.

Who pays the shipping costs for refund?

Shipping costs, taxes and duties are for the customer. Shipping costs are not eligible for refund.

Please note that Woofs & Co is not liable for lost packages during return.

We recommend purchasing tracked shipping for the return and keep a record of your shipping details. Read more about our return policy on our return policy page

If the customer has chosen to pick-up the package at a pick-up location and the package has not been picked up on time, the return cost of sending back the package to Woofs & Co will be for the customer.

Payment

What payments methods are accepted?

We accept the following major credit cards: Mastercard, Visa and AMEX. 

We only take payment once your order has been shipped. We also accept payment by iDealPayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Bancontact and Shopify Shop Pay. If you decide to use PayPal, you will be taken to the PayPal website, where you will be prompted to log in and process your payment. You will then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

Gifts

Do you sell Gift Cards

Yes, we do. These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number.

Our gift vouchers are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special person in your life. Simply buy a gift voucher instead for the value of €10, €20, €50 or €75. Please find our Gift Card service here.

All Woofs & Co items are accessory items only, the makers of Woofs & Co assume no liability. The use of the product and safety of the pet and handler is completely at the purchaser and/or user’s discretion and responsibility.

Customers are responsible to check for suitability and wear. Woofs & Co does not hold any responsibility for any injuries or damages in results of using our products, even in case that the leash or harness is letting loose.

Our leads and accessories are not chew proof, items need to be out of reach or supervised.
