We ship worldwide. Orders placed before 15:00 (CET)  begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 15:00 (CET), on weekends, and/or on holidays, will begin processing upon the following business day. 

All orders are shipped with Track & Trace.

Free Shipping if your order total is €39 or more.
Flat rate shipping of €4,99 for orders under €39

France & Luxembourg

United Kingdom

Free Shipping if your order total is €75 or more.

Flat rate shipping of €15.00. 


United States & Australia

We do ship to the US (flat rate 28 EUR) or Australia (flat rate 38 EUR). Shipping is always with a track & trace link. 


All Other Countries

Shipping cost depends on your exact location and is calculated at checkout. 

Lost or Stolen Parcels

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Once your parcel leaves our office, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver your parcel. By purchasing you comply to these conditions. In the unlikely event your parcel has not arrived or has arrived damaged, you can contact us to make a claim at PostNL. 

Additional Charges, Duties or Fees

Additional charges required by customs must be paid by the recipient.

Costs for shipping calculated at checkout do not include any taxes or customs duties. These are regulated by the local government and local tax laws applicable within the country where the order has been placed and will be delivered. We are not able to inform you what and if your government will charge you for your purchases as customs policies vary widely from country to country.

For additional information regarding import duties, taxes and/or customs fees, please contact your local customs office or tax agency.




RETURNS

Please make sure to use our sizing charts to ensure a proper fit prior to ordering. If for any reason you would like to return or exchange your product(s), we will gladly accept your return.

Please note the following criteria:

  • Most purchases may be returned within 14 days after receiving your item(s).
  • The items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, odor/fur-free and in the original package and returned within 14 days at our office in Amsterdam. 
  • Shipping costs for returning are for the customer. Please note that Woofs & Co is not liable for lost packaged during return. We recommend tracked shipping.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. When a package is lost or not delivered due to an incorrect address, we will not refund order and shipping fees. 


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalised products, discounted/sale items, or gift cards.

If you would like to return an item please request a return via our contact form.  The costs for returning will not be reimbursed by Woofs & Co.
